Yes, all user funds transferred to Invnex accounts are kept in a segregated bank account. We also record asset ownership on a tamper-proof blockchain which provides an immutable record of transactions.
As an investor, you have a seamless digital experience of investing on Invnex. Our typical investment is done through investment vehicles which pool investor interest into individual funds or assets. The Invnex investment vehicles also handles capital call, fees and distribution.
There are no fees associated with opening an account with us. However, trading on our secondary market and subscribing to primary offerings on Invnex incur fees.
Invnex deploys a scrutinizing due diligence process which monitors investments opportunities through deep analysis. We look at the fund manager, originator, track record, team and terms. We feature only top quality funds with a stellar past performance however we cannot guarantee future performance.
The minimum allocation for primary offerings on Invnex is $5,000 however different investment offerings have variable minimums. Alternative investment funds usually have minimum commitments in millions. By leveraging blockchain, we’re working to lower this minimum while adhering to our responsibilities.

Invnex implements tokenization and smart contracts which enables instant settlement (atomic swap) of funds against assets at the time of transaction execution.
Invnex charges transparent fees viewable before an investor executes a transaction. There are fees associated with investing in primary offerings as well as trading fees on our secondary market.
